Extended Day

Extended Day provides care and enrichment for infant, toddler and early childhood students each afternoon. Our mission is to provide students with a meaningful extension of their school day in a safe and familiar environment.  The program runs five days a week from 7:30 am - 8:30 am and continues on from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

 

Toddler & Primary Group:

Toddlers and  primary students spend calm and structured afternoon time in their rooms, led by experienced early childhood teachers. Following circle time and a healthy snack, students typically visit the playground and return to the classroom for communal arts projects, Choice Time or games. The last portion of the day is used for story time and quiet play.

Before School: 7:30 am - 8:30 am
With reading and art activities children have a quiet beginning to their day.

After School: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Time for fun! Games, music, art and healthful play are on the agenda each afternoon as our children close out their day at BMS.
