Print out Parent Handbook Acknowledgment Form, Pick Up Authorization Form, Emergency Contacts, Permission Slips, & Allergies and Medical Conditions

Fill them out & sign them ALL

Return them to school with the non-refundable application/supply Summer ($125.00) Academic Year ($275.00) fees and first month tuition plus the NM gross receipts tax
Don't forget to bring ALL forms and print out the "What you need to bring to school" PDF to ensure you are prepared for the first day of school.
You will be given a parent handbook, which contains school policies and procedures. Please read it and return the enclosed acknowledgment form to the school office.
Students cannot be officially enrolled until the application forms, personal information forms, fees, handbook acknowledgment form, a copy of the latest immunization record and a completed health form are received and reviewed by the administration.
If there is space available, your child will be assigned to a classroom. Children currently enrolled and their siblings are given admission preference. Consideration is also given to the age balance of the class when admitting new children.
If there is no space available at the time of enrollment, you can ask to be put on the waiting list.
