Parent Involvement
Parents know their child better than anyone, and caregivers' experience, training and skills make them excellent resources for parents. Therefore, it is important that parents and caregivers work as partners to help the children grow and learn.

...to call the school at any time with questions or concerns.
...to be treated with respect.
...to feel welcome.
...to your child to be in a secure environment.
...to hear about your child's experiences.
...to communicate with your child's caregiver so that you can become an active partner in the care and education of your child.
HOW TO BECOME INVOLVED IN YOUR CHILD'S CARE:
- Communicate with your child's caregiver about your child's background, likes, dislikes, needs, etc.
- Have regular parent-caregiver meetings.
- Spend some extra time with your child during drop-off and pick-up.
- Volunteer.
