Who We Are

Bilingual Montessori School is the only school in Northern New Mexico that combines the Montessori philosophy of education with Spanish language integrated schooling.

Vision:

To combine the power of Montessori and Spanish language instruction to develop the young mind and to prepare children to excel as the leaders of tomorrow.

Mission:

To provide a high-quality early-childhood curriculum utilizing Montessori and Spanish-language instruction.

Aim:

To provide the framework that instills a life long urge to be:

• Knowledgeable

• Open minded

• Independent

• Responsible & willing to lead

The framework relies on core-subject instruction in English enhanced with Spanish language instruction.

We are licensed by Children, Youth, and Families Department of the State of New Mexico (three stars) and Los Alamos County.

We are pleased to announce that we had a 3-star rating at our old location from New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department - our State licensing entity. The star rating means that we have met many of the requirements for the 1-5 star ratings.  We are currently at 1 start, due to the new building and in the process of getting back to 3 stars.
